We offer either buffet-style or plated-style meals.

• Buffet-style includes an 18% gratuity fee:

  • Guests serve themselves through the buffet line.

• Cafeteria-style includes a 25% gratuity fee:

  • We serve each guest as they go through the buffet line.

• Plated-style includes a 25% gratuity fee:

  • We serve each seated guest with a plated meal.

We will also have water at each place setting and will refill water and tea throughout dinner. Tables will be cleared as time allows, and everything we set up and use for your dinner will be cleaned up as well.
